research question
Can Networks Regulate Emotion?
About Me
I am a PhD candidate and management researcher at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. My research addresses how individuals use networks for emotion regulation and the downstream consequences of it. I employ a multi‐method approach to investigate how networks influence employee emotions, well-being, and performance, combining social network analysis; experimental design; experience sampling; archival research; and computational text analysis.
My industry experience includes advising C-suite executives as a strategy senior manager at Accenture Strategy, designing engaging employee experiences at Google, and marketing top television shows at Sony Pictures Television. In my spare time, I enjoy creating content integrating faith, research, and personal development on my YouTube channel, traveling, and enjoying all Shonda Rhimes’ shows. I earned an M.B.A from Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and a second major in Advertising from Seaver College of Pepperdine University.
